Club Monthly Activity Report:  With the age of the computer, the internet, and e-mail, reporting has become much quicker for the secretary of the club.  Below is a download of the Monthly Activities Report in a Word Document format and Rich Text Format.  Once finished completing the document, e-mail to the Governor, Vice District Governor, Cabinet Secretary, Your Region Chair, Your Zone Chair and Your club President.  Then print a copy for club records.

Lions Club International Monthly Membership Report - Click on the link below to go the Lions Club International.  Click on link To Transmit Membership and Officer Report.  You must have a user ID and password to complete.  If you do not have one email the International IT office.  The link is on their web-page.  Once completed, go to view report and email to  the Governor, Vice District Governor, Cabinet Secretary, Your Region Chair, Your Zone Chair and Your club President.  Then print a copy for club records.

District Newsletters - are posted each month for all Lions to view.  Lions who requested to receive newsletters by e-mail will no longer receive the newsletter by email but will receive a notice that the newsletter is posted on the website for their viewing..  If you are having problems downloading the newsletter you may need to upgrade your Adobe Reader to 5.0 or higher.
